Yes indeed, I saw that, but I formatted the log card and after that I deleted the user, so my log and PM# memory is blank now.
Altought I think is no problem, because I am gonna row hard and fill the speces with new workouts ! :)

Is there something I miss... you are complaining about don't be able to train at a higher SPM or you just aren't able to row quickly? If high rate SPM training is your problem try to use an interactive training (see on site), it is very useful for me. I am moderately fit at 1,95 meters and 130 kilos...

First of all I think you are a begginer, so I don't think it so important for you to perform at a higher rate of SPM, you should look better to develop a proper technique for rowing. Youre right , I am thinking to buy a log card reader altought I'm not very familiar with it. I just downloaded PMI but it's seems to be a little bit elaborate to me right now.

I purchased recently, a C2 mod. D with PM3 monitor. I searched both of
the two CD's received from salesman, but I don't found the driver for
USB port for my vista 32. If you can help me with this software I'll be
