Yes, the usb error recovery can use some more work. I haven't trouble being able to complete workouts, but my workout maybe a lot shorter than some of yours.

The RowIt software was written using the PM3 SDK which requires the PM3 to have firmware 88 or later installed. Download firmware updater

grams, I was hoping someone else would answer your qu...

I've gotten fairly good results by sending the combination CSAFE_GOFINISHED_CMD, CSAFE_GOIDLE_CMD, CSAFE_GOHAVEID_CMD then waiting a second (so the pm3 has time to finish changing states) and then configuring the workout and finishing with CSAFE_SETPROGRAM_CMD & CSAFE_GOINUSE_CMD.

This se...

I have a Tanita BF680 Duo Scale Plus Body Fat Monitor. It shows your weight in .2 pound increments and you can compare the result with the previous time you weighed yourself. I'm happy with the scale, but I don't think the body fat monitor is worthwhile, since the result seems to be based more on st...

I don't know if this will help you but you might take a look at The Physics of Ergometers

I always run the heart rate monitor's contacts under the faucet before putting it on to improve contact. You might try that and see if it helps. I'm not familiar with what the PM3 logs so I can't answer you question about that.

I could go with just rowing if it was more like the logo from the rowsport website.

So that Rowing isn't just hanging out in the middle of nowhere.

I voted for "the rowing company" because the logo looks more balanced. The other logo looks like this to me Concept 2 Rowing. To use just Rowing I would place it after the Concept 2 logo with th...

I think the man's performance is probably superior, because strength doesn't increase proportionally with weight. I would vote, but it won't let me since I entered a null vote.
