Alden

Are you looking at the Alden that can be used with either 1 or 2 oar master units? If so this is a very stable versatile boat. No skeg or fin to worry about, so it's easy to beach or pull up on the dock without damage. Great for beginners or rough water use. Good choice for early or late in the rowi...

Hi Pat,
I had a chance to try out some slides, very briefly, a while ago. Not sure if I have the floor area to devote to them and my garage floor is sloped for drainage. I'm hoping that Glen's Glides or the new and improved Caster-Raider will be available soon.

Great job Glen! I have wanted a set of slides for a while but didn't want to spend money on something I wasn't sure I'd use. If you have used C2 slides previously how does the "ride" compare? Any improvements you would make?

I've talked with Joel and he is pleased to have you on the team. When I check the Jan. Challenge standings sorted by team your the second rower listed. B) I think there are a number of kayakers here using the erg for training. Good luck.

I use rowing shorts (trou) from JL Racing. They do what you need them to do, regarding comfort. The C2 shorts work well also.IMHO

I think I read on the UK forum that you were at the BIRC. Look very sharp in the uni's. Two weeks in G.B. sounds like a great vacation..... I would need quite a portion of that time to complete a 2k race.
