Question about strokes per minute
So I just got a model C from a family member. This is my first rower and I am completely new to this. When I got it home I did an initial 500M row and finished in 1:36. My SPM was 35. I remember reading somewhere that your SPM should be between 20-30 SPM. Is this for a more relaxed pace? I'm sure my...
