Not quite one month to the day after getting my C2. <br /><br />Got 1:47.2 for 500m; 7.6 seconds better than my last pr.<br />38 spm, damper ~7. Couldn't get under 1:55 with a lower damper setting.

500m 1:54.8 Beat my PB by 2 seconds. <br />33spm Damper at 4, drag factore ~98. <br /><br />Noob doesn't know how you guys are getting 1:40 times with stroke rates in the mid-20s. Higher drag factor? Yeah I start to lose a little pop in my pull around the 1:00 mark, but it feels like I rowing about ...

I think I can get into the 1:40s just by getting my pacing and rowing cadence a little better. I started my sprint at the end too late because I was trying to keep my SRM low. I think next time I'll just "grip and rip" and see what happens.

Okay, this workout, my second ever, was for real. 1:56.2 for 500m. Beat my pr from last night by 27 seconds! I'm flying now! SRM was pretty high, 32 SRM.

Just cracked my brand new C2 out of the box this afternoon. Ripped off a 2:23 500m wearing jeans, second workout of the day today, first C2 500m ever. Yeah I'm bad, bad to the bone. Whoo hoo, everything is a pr from now on!
