Re: Will C2 ever get the PM5 software fixed?
I know that beta is unatable, but you never get the bugs fixed if you aren't prepared to work with the developer to help him/her resolve it. Your use case may be unique and they may not be able to resolve it in their lab set-up. It's not sensible to argue with me about software management, it's bee...

Re: Will C2 ever get the PM5 software fixed?
If you aren't prepared to try a beta version you can't complain about a bug that you might have found, part of bug fixing is testing newer versions to see if they resolve it. You should also reformat your USB stick or replace it with a factory fresh one to eliminate that as a possible root cause. N...

Re: PM5 - USB or internal memory?
I am using ergdata also (connected to a iPhone 6). Occasionally the workout isnt saved to my ergdata. At the end the status at the bottom keeps saying 'workout active' while my PM5 is finished.

Re: PM5 - USB or internal memory?
I am using the latest firmware (update 17).
Firmware 17 has USB problems, concept2 is working on solving it, read here:
http://www.concept2.com/service/monitor ... own-issues
I has the 18xx error which made my usb log corrupt.

Re: PM5 - USB or internal memory?
I also did use an USB stick, until something went wrong on my PM5 and it decided to corrupt the USB.
Now i am using its internal memory. After each activity i upload my workout to my online logbook.
Occasionally i backup the workouts from internal memory to my tablet.

Re: PM5 cradle
Waiting for the iPhone cradle, i have attached my twelve south hoverbar to my concept2 d.
Perhaps a better solution then the iPhone cradle.

Re: PM5 cradle
hmmz, the shop sent me the old pm3/pm4 cradle.
Called them, the new cradle is out of stock (or has never been in stock).
They are expecting to deliver the new cradle in 1-2 weeks....

Re: PM5 Firmware Version 17 Now Available
Had a problem with the USB stick (4-gig, non-concept2 stick) on my PM5 (firmware 17) last night. I rowed a 30min workout. I also connected ergdata on my iPhone 6 to the PM5 and connected a Polar H7 heartratebelt to the PM5. After i finished the 30min workout, the status at the bottom on my ergdata s...

Re: LogCard.lcb > LogBook.csv
It ìs possible, with the concept2 utility program.
Just run the utiliy program, then choose 'maintain logcard', then choose 'transfer backup', then choose the location of the .LCB file, then choose 'spreadsheet' or 'online logbook'.
The spreadsheet option generates a .CSV file...

LogCard.lcb > LogBook.csv
Before i bought my PM5 i backed up the logcard on my PM3 (which i have sold).
The result was a LogCard.lcb file.
Now i would like to have a .csv from that .lcb file.
Is this possible? How?

Yes.

It worked, first pair the PM5 with the H7, then connect the iPhone to the PM5
