Re: Other erg users in the gym with rubbish technique

A guy at my gym sets damper to 10, puts kettle bells at the font of the erg, rows 32 strokes per minute and somehow only manages a 2:30 split. I don't think I could possibly row that slow at 32 SPM with the damper so high.

Re: difference of model d year 2004 and 2015.

I upgraded from a 2008 Model D to a 2015 because I wanted a PM5. Due to the amazingly high resale value of used machines it cost me around $20 more to get a new ERG than buying a PM5.

Re: ergdata crashes on iOS 9

it's because the app uses a Bluetooth API that's not available in OS 9. Turn off Bluetooth and the app won't crash. Concept 2 needs to realease an update.

Re: Garmin Connect IQ

not helpful for connecting to the PM5 but someone made a 500m split data field which will be great for on the water use.

Erg Data crashes when editing weight

If I go to a piece in the log book in erg data and change my weight for the adjustment it crashes.

Apple health integration

Apple Health integration for the iPhone application would be nice. Also the ability to add user weight for more accurate calorie burn estimates

Re: copy/move workouts from PM4 log card to PM5 USB?

I think they keep it a one way process so people cannot cheat for ranked workouts. If you could add a workout the erg would show a verification code and the workout could be published and ranked.
