17:28 at 5000m must be an easy run for the top guys?
Jonas Nilsen from Norway (nr 30 at Vasaloppet) did 16:15 at 5000m in Skierg 2015-seasson. Jörgen Brink is a 3 time Vasaloppet vinner, so he should be very close to this time I guess

Re: Reviews on the PM5 and feedback on firmware improvements
For 100m and 1 minute you can't get splits. I tried a 30sec on the Skierg Yesterday, and I could get a split on 20sec, but It would have been interessting to get splits down to 5 sec in sprints. When going to memory after a intervall workout, I get the heartrate that I had at the end of the interval...

Have you updated the PM5 Firmware? 1. I connect the Herat rate monitor belt (HRM) to the PM 2. I turn on the clock and the clock sync the HRM belt 3. I connect the clock to the PM. Turn Wireless on -> connect with ant FE. 4. I connect the phone with cable. I have done a few phone - PM connections wi...

Re: PM5 and Bluetooth Smart
Oh yes!! It works on Android with my Samsung Galaxy S4.
It's important that you connect with bluetooth menu trough Ergdata, and not with the bluetooth menu on the telephone.

Heartrate receiver pm3
Hi!!
As there are alot of pm3 in my gym, I plan to buy a heart rste receiver and a polar heartbelt.
There is one for dkierg and one for the rower. The different is that yhe cable is very short for the skierg. But will the skierg modell fit and work at the modell D?

Re: How to upload firmware to logcard
As I use Ergdata, I don't see any reason to use the logcard anymore. For future: It should be possible to update firmware with Ergdata :-) I have been in some different gyms, and It happens often that the firmware is old and I get errormessage when using Ergdata. (It's annoying) As I try to act like...

How to upload firmware to logcard
Hi!!
I want to upload firmware to logcard so I can easy update the firmware on C2 machines on my gym.
I have a card reader, and I have put in a logcard, but I can't find out how to upload the firmware on the logcard?
Regards Bjørn Tore

Re: Knocking sound on pulldown of arms

There was a loose plasticpeace inside the flywheel (flat and square maybe 3x10mm) that goes around with the flywheel and make noise. 2. The machine is not silent whe...

Hi!
I use a Garmin premium belt for rowing and Skierging. You don't need the premiumbelt for rowing, but when you skierging, the belt slips down to the belly.

Re: PM5 USB problems
Can I suggest Ergdata? Just buy the android/iphonekit and syck after workout so you don't have to take the USBstick to the computer for each workout
