To mix my training I prefer to crosstrain. I do 15 min of rowing, 15 min on the stationary bike, 15 min on the treadmill and 15 min in the pool. I have a strange problem: <br>As soon as I start weight-training I get sick with sore throat and fever for a couple of days. With cardio it´s the opposite, my body feels energized. Is it due to the eccentric movements and the muscle soreness or what?

Hello everybody!<br>I would like to test my maximal oxygen uptake on the erg, like the fitness test you do on a bike. It should work since you can see WATTS in the monitor and I have a heart-rate-watch from Polar. But I need a test protocol. Is there any around?
