Just curious if it's even possible for a 5-ft 7-inch male in his mid-40s to achieve a sub-40-minute 10k, and what kind of training plan would be necessary to achieve that.

Every time I touch on the app on my iPhone, it immediately crashes. And when I went to the app store, it doesn't seem to be there anymore.

I just bought a condo that has these beautiful hardwood floors. Can anybody suggest a good rug or mat that can help dampen the noise/vibration of my Concept2 Model D and thus hopefully keep the neighbor one floor below me happy?

Anyone use the TRX as part of your training? Which exercises do you do? Which ones are good for improving rowing performance?

Forgot to mention that I also bought the neoprene sticky cushion that C2 sells, which helps a lot. Now if I could just find those old padded sailing shorts I used to have, I'd be golden...
