I would like to know, let say if I want to do 2 intervals of 16' with a rest period of 5 mins in between how do I go about setting up? do I set this up on my PM3 or in row pro and if in rowpro how?

Yeah I order my Concept 2 on monday night and there it was waiting for me on thursday, much faster then expected in the delivery.
Very easy to assemble took less then 10 minutes and it was ready to go.
Now just need to get into it and get the shape back .
