I am sure answers will vary, but I was curious about what people thought was the best split strategy for a hard 2K. I would argue that it depends on the individual and goal. Some have suggested no fluids to save the time, and this may work for some, but for others, the lack of fluids could slow them down more than the time it would take to get the fluids they need in their body during the row.
