Hi all, inspired by you lot to have a go at the 300m challenge. Really surprised myself and got a 59.1 but the last 100m seemed to take about a week to complete. Sound advice about a good warm up. Made this newbies day! Cheers

Hi everyone, have only been doing this for a couple of weeks and my calves feel like a sockful of walnuts. Could anyone recommend a good post row stretch to me. Have played loads of sports in the past and never had this prob, suppose it could just be old age! Cheers, Paul
