I'v just been to the Annual Metres Honour Board and it states that it records the metres of all ranking rowers. Searching through the lists I can only find rowers who have achieved >1500 metres per day. <br /><br />What about the rest, are they not included or am I missing them (myself included)?<br...

Would a new Ranking table designed to record total metres rowed for that season be a good idea? It could be open to all ages, genders and weights providing another incentive to rack up those metres.<br /><br />Your opinion please.<br /><br />Cheers<br /><br />John

I'm trying to improve my technique. My current stroke rate is 26 (drag 125) but I've read on this forum that it should be more like 20.
