Hi Everyone,<br /><br />10 km for me last night (Nov.9) on the Wolverine Level 2: warm up 500 m, 3.5 k at 2:33, r750, 2.5 k at 2:33, r 750, 2K at 2:33, cool down 500 m. Hi Jill, it's nice to have another female on the team. <br />7.5 k for me tonight on Wolverine Level 4. Jim's back is still keeping him out of commission. He mentioned that he might get on the erg, but I think it was just the drugs talking <br /><br />Linda
