Read about this over on the Clarence Bass website, involves rowing for 20 seconds hard and then resting for 10 seconds and is repeated 8 times. <br /><br />Can this 4 minute workout be effective? Have any people out there had success with it?<br />Thx,<br />Dog

Read one the other day that said that the handle should be released as fast as it is pulled into the stomach and found that really helped as previously I had been holding it in for a bit.<br /><br />Whats the best tip you ever got?

I think it would be great to sign up for a race in the future as a means of training motivation. I did this a few years back in a triathalon and it kept me training hard all winter.
