Hi, I rowed a great deal in the season before last. I think I improved my technique most by rowing with minimal drag. I visited the Gym yesterday and tried to write down the details of my previous workouts recorded by the PM3.

I tried all the menu buttons but could not dive into these workouts to extract SPM, time, etc....

How do I access these details from these previous row events from the PM3?

"I would not focus so much on a PB each 10km as it can be counter productive to progression. As others have said, doing more endurance workouts in the UT2 effort level and just focus on staying in this effort band for extended periods of time (30min +). Thanks for replies. Very helpful.

Also wondering if bench pressing lightish weights at higher reps prior to performing RowErg Workouts would be beneficial in helping to prime the body and increase blood flow?

Thanks for all those replies.

I will check out the PM3 later today and confirm / communicate the correct SPM, I apologize for communicating the incorrect SPM.

I am aiming for PB's every time I row these 10km workouts, even if it is just by a few secs each time.

Hello all. I am currently averaging 42 mins for 10,000m set workouts at around 25 SPM and 2.02 min/500m split with fan setting set at around 5.5. Elevated Heart Rate and Optimal RowErg Workout

Hello all.

Is it better to have an elevated heart rate before commencing a RowErg Workout to obtain the most out of this workout?

If so, how long should the heart rate be elevated for?

And, what % of MaxHR should this sustained HR be?
