The rower worked fine yesterday. I guess the new firmware was loaded on my factory provided usb stick when I uploaded my workouts last night. I have read this could be done on some PM's but have not figured it out for my PM5 running firmware version 15. Is it possible?

Also, can I use any USB flash drive, the drive that comes with the new units looks different from flash drives I've seen.
