As I am now registered in the 500m race at BRIC (also in 2k race) , thought I would see my time! Managed to take 4 seconds off the time, 2 mins 13.7sec's. For me, that is awesome and I now have a benchmark to reduce the time further!!

I bought a Model D in June and average 35k meters a week on it at home. Best thing I did.

1st session 2x2000m in the morning, set PB for 2k in second 2k run.
2nd session in the evening, 30 minutes-5679m.
Not pretty, but good for me! :)

I completed the Workout for the Day yesterday, 6 x 1000m with 2 minute rest/easy interval. Wu in 1st 1k and CD in last 1k.

Planning a 30 minute sustainable row today.

I found it great for low impact on my rather overweight body. I can now row 6000m in one sitting and have no issues with my joints. Would recommend over running, etc.
