I've heard of elderberries,and actually take them as elderberry concentrate in this new superfood green powder mix by Enzymatic Therapy. I know they are good for the immune system. Thanks for the responses. I was looking at Netathlon. Is it a good program then? Are you able to compete against other rowers/computer generated during races?<br />
