Im 18 and i weigh 86kgs and go to school in Great Britain. 2k - 6:19 .......... 5k - 16:54 ......... 10k - 34:51 at rate 22 split 1:47.3 ...... 30 minutes and rate 20 - 1:47 split 8301 metres.

It depends on how you feel. If the training is really hard then maybe u should st urself lower goals. The best exercise i do for an hour is a 15 minute warm up at half pressure. Then 2 minutes @ 22, 2 minutes @ 24 full pressure with 1.5 minutes rest time inbetween. After repeating this 3 times, row light for 5 minutes then start again and do it 2 times. Then warm down.<br /><br />Martin

I prefer the old concept ergo to the new one. I absolutely hate the knew grip and shape of the handle, and the way the screen is set out!<br /><br />What are all ur other opinions?

Hi,<br />I have recently orderd a Fillippi F14 custom built and i asked for it to have the Knew Carbon fin. I have heard that this fin always gets torn off in the water or caught up in weeds? does anyone else have this probem?<br /><br />Thanx

Its a technique problem. Its the same reason why when on the water we row row or sucll with feet of the foot stretchers. The idea is to use the heals to bring urself up the slide in a more controlled manor and its also help keep balance.
