Training

OK went for a second session this morning. Bench used 50kg and failed half way up the sixth rep so that weights about right. Pulldown I added a couple of Kg and got the 6 reps, feel it was still a bit light. Squats I just hung 5kg on a chain around my waist but got 10reps so will try 10kg next time....
