Had a go at #1. Did'nt bother with the maths business. Managed a PB by 368 metres and went from 326 to 140 in the rankings. <br /><br />Went down to Chippys garage. There was a load of kids outside with bananas waiting for feeding time <br /><br />Dykie (Ebbw Vale)

A couple of PB's to post. Yesterday 10k in 39:44.5 and today rowed 12 x 2000 metres with 1 min rest completing the last one in 07:17.1 after a slow start. <br><br>Could have done with Chippy there for some verbal encouragement though <br><br>Well done Graham (I had a Gander!!)<br><br>Dykie
