Fell off the erging wagon in December, only did 103,000m. Had the sniffles.
Will be upping the Km,s this month, should be sub 19 for the 5K by the 31st Jan 2024.

Still plugging along. After hitting sub 20mins I have moved on from doing 20mins pieces to 30mins now. I did slip a 10K in just to see if I could make the distance. I managed to hit my target of sub 20 minute for 5000m last night, Its been 4 months since my total knee replacement. I have just been doing 20 minutes at an easy pace 5 days a week.
