Hi everyone. :D Thanks for the welcome, Pat! After slacking so long, I was almost too embarrassed to join TimbukTOO again... I'm glad you guys will still take me back, lol. I had kind of a crazy '08 -- hubby had surgery, my dog had surgery, plus extra stress at work what with the economy and ...

Rowing software for Mac OS X?
Anyone know if there is any rowing software for Mac OS X?
I realize I could run Windows under Parallels or Boot Camp, but I hate to spend the money on Windows (not to mention partition off a chunk of my hard drive) just to install one or two apps.

The chemo did kill red blood cells, so she was somewhat anemic. And it does depress you immune system. She was very active at the time, but could not do nearly as much during chemo and it did take a few years for her to feel really strong again. My mother had a similar problem. She developed anemia...

I have one of the newer model Ds and it's fast and painless to take it apart or snap it back in place.
Concept2 has video here so you can see for yourself what the connection involves:

I'm surprised by the muscle-building power of the erg. I was starting to get upset, because I've had my erg for a month or so and haven't seen any weight loss. None. Nada. But then I went shopping this weekend and discovered I went down a bra size (at least fat is coming off somewhere...) and can fi...

Welcome! I'm new as well -- just bought my Concept2 couple of months ago and love it. Don't worry about assembly... I was worried about that too, but it's very simple. I did it all by myself, and I'm definitely not the handy type. The hardest part was hauling my machine up the stairs, since I have m...

Were you at the Sharonville rec center? My brother uses it quite a bit. I haven't seen it but he says it's really nice. I'm from Ft. Lauderdale. Maybe it's a sign that I'm getting old, but I prefer the gulf side of Florida anymore (although that's getting built up too). My husband and I have land ov...

I'm aiming for my first million meters this season. I guess that's goal #1. I'm shocked by how quickly the first 100,000 went. I swim, so I'm used to maybe 3,000 meters in a practice. These big numbers take some getting used to... although in a good way. Goal #2 is to lose the weight that ha...
