does anyone have suggestions for good erging music?<br />

I have not erged in a while because it is off season for me right now but today I got on the erg and my back was killing me. I think it is because I need to strenghten my muscles. so does anyone know any good back stretches or exercises?

does anyone know the recruiting rules and when they can contact you and such?

well I was just wondering if I had a good chance in getting recruited because I went to Junior national development camp and my 4x won Stotesbury and scholastic nationals but I pull a 7:39 and I have not dropped significant time since early March

On Satiurday I am competing in the Main line slide competion. After I compete in an individual race I am competing in a slide race with one of my partners, The race is open for all age groups and I was just wondering how they worked?<br />
