My time was 2 hrs 31mins.28.7 secs which is a average split 1:47.7 at 24spm.
I stopped at 30K for 8 seconds to refuel, I just made this single...

Some nice sessions Ranger

I am guessing that you rowed your 5K at 26spm, I think we are round about the same sort of form as each other, I can row a 1:45 pace 5K at 22spm at a push, 24spm is fine for me.

I only did 60 mins UT2 & 40 mins UT1 yesterday. I am hoping to row just over 33400...

Training
Ranger, Thank you for your kind words.
My aim at this current time is to row a Full Marathon at 1:48 pace, this is why I do a lot of UT1 & UT2 sessions, current data shows that I should be able to row this with an average of 24spm I would aim to row it at a lower rate if possible. I think it will...

Ranger, have you found any variation in your HR? eg, Weather, time of day, mood?
If you did not skip for an hour would you be able to hold your UT2 (1:52 @ 22 spm) below 156 bpm for a while longer. Could the skipping be giving distorted figures while doing your rowing, due to the prolonged warm-u...
