The 4.9% body fat came from when I took part in a study of tall men. I was a little over 14 stone then. I agree with the first post on this - you shouldn't have enough left to sprint at the end of a 2K race....you should gradually tie up with lactic. And this I would say is the prefect 2K, but most ergers are not experienced enough to do this and this is why we always seem to have a sprint finish.

It wouldnt surprise if rangers body fat is that low.<br>Mine is 4.9%, Im 6' 6" and 97.2kgs last time I weighed myself!
