Thanks Pete. We are about 1200 km from Seattle, so we won't be making that trip anytime soon, but with any kind of luck we will have high speed internet here within the year so I could give the online race a try.

Training

Just finished 5K at 2:09 pace , a good improvement over my 2:19 about 8 weeks ago. Mostly at AT, although last 500 at AN. Started a fitness program about ten weeks ago, using the erg to try to undo about 15 years of relative inactivity. I am encouraged!
