Jim,
I missed the end of September due to a two week stomach flue but I am getting back into it and hope a 20 min this week will count. I did lose a few pounds, which I was hoping to do this fall but in the normal way. More later, good piece by the way.
Peter D

USIR Dev Squad: Training
I thought I would try again while still in August. This time a little better... 5607m 1:47.0 ave 26 SMP. July was 5555meters (1:48.0), this time I got to 5592 (1:47.3). The 26 SPM seemed easier to carry more speed, as expected.<b...

I did my 20 min last week but am just now commenting. It looks like my score was some type of an omen... 5555 meters. I just hope it is a good omen.

That is 1:48.0 average pace. Not used to the low SPM and had to concentrate to keep it at 24. I am looking at this a a base line from which...

USIR Dev Squad: Introductions
Hello all,
Peter Dreissigacker here. I guess my CRASH-B time last winter (6:34ish) was good enough to get included with the elite group of you folks! I'm 54yrs 6'4" 210lbs and have been rowing on variations of C2 ergs for 25 years... you would think I would be better than I am by now. I still d...
