edited: I didn't get what you are doing these days for UT2: 90min @ 22 spm and a 125 HR, steady state. <random stuff edited out> I am working on 1:48 (12.5 SPI). I will be _very_ fast over 2K, much faster than I was back in 2002-2003. ...now thats genuinely funny, thanks Doc, Sunday nights tend to be a depressing time but not with you around - and you honestly believe it and look horrified and shocked when you blow out of your hoop and do a 7.02 world class...

Some great rows today.....Henrik looked very impressive, Ralf did well to press on alone....2 standout rows (I might be biased) but I think Nik has moved up to 'genuine stud' category now.....I dont know what that means, ask Nav.... ;) .....and Tracy Axstons row was top drawer, managed to clear up n...
