Instead of spending $30 for an ipad stand....I spent $3 for heavy duty Velcro. One side on the handlebars (the main vertical bar pointing towards the PM5) and the other (soft) side is on the case. I use the standard Apple iPad case...when it is in "stand up" mode it connects great to the handlebars.

241 lb, 5 feet 10 inches. Spent a free month at a local gym but all the cardio equipment was always occupied. Noticed a dusty contraption in the corner....a Concept 2. Another new guy
Just received my Concept2 today! Need to lose about 60lbs (I know..this isn't the weight loss forum). I used to be in shape...just as a gauge for me and as I improve my fitness.... Is there a rowing equivalent to an 8 min mile run? Trying to equate running fitness level to a generally equivalent row...
