if I knew it before my training at 7AM, I'd go for 10k in 37min, not 39 :lol: :lol: :lol: You would not be able to row a 10k in 37 mins :D wasn't there a discussion about this recently - 10k pace=2k+7 - or am i imagining it...? my 10k is 2k+7 (give or take the odd 10th). if so, 37:00 looks do-able ...
