I must admit I didn't even know there was a team challenge going on ... is that distraction or what? I just dropped the daughter off at college again and its time to get back into the game!! I'll go for 75K meters!

Sorry to be absent for most of this event. I had some surgery and then left for much needed vacation. Back to the row tonight and it felt great.. Happy holidays and hoping for good health to those who have experienced recent problems.. Linnea

Ahoy mates!! I'm back on deck after a long spell on dry land! I did fit in a row today to try and regroup! I'll try to help us close the gap!

I just hit my target and think I'll add another 50k. I've got a few days before I go on a vacation. I will look for a 'box' to row at....GO TEAM!

I love the winter rowing image, everyone bundled up and having fun! That may just be my winter screensaver... and good job to the marathoners!! I spent a bit of time looking at numbers and wonder how you can row a marathon!! I gotta say my butt get plenty sore after the 10k meters! Way to go people!!

My Fellow pirate paddlers, thanks for the great motivation as I see you hit milestones and log great distances! I am more motivated daily from this group! On the way to reach my 100k, and a new goal of 10k at one time!! Keep it up all!!

I see my ship mates have quite lofty goals for the fall!! I have no idea what to aim for, with some travel plans and work interfering with my pirate ways!. I'll toss out 100k and 'paddle' like mad so I won't have to walk the plank! Congratulations on all the milestones people have been reaching!! So...

Andy, hate to disappoint but it's going to be Husky for the daughter, with family ties-dad retired from there also!! We still like Wazzu also, being from the dry side if the state, but the kid chose UDub!!

I have also joined your group. I'm from the sunny side of Washington State, and look forward to having an active rowing fall with the gang. I'm sending my child off to university this fall and should have tons of time to get rowing! I used to row as a teen and bought a C2 this summer to relive my yo...
