Re: Training software option
It seems odd that you post an advert on here when https://www.kinomap.com/en/equipment-configurator doesn't include a Concept2 ergo (despite you using a photo of a C2 ergo on https://www.kinomap.com/en/). did you click Android ??? ios filters down to a C2 with pm5 and pm4 .. possibly 3 I didnt pay ...

arh ...... didnt see where this was posted, you are talkiong about connecting the bikerg stupid me.
What Kini said ..... if you want Zwift to control your trainer and provide resistance you need to use a smart traininer

Re: Dirt on rollers

Re: Rowing in Zwift (high quality software) who's interested
since Zwift came a long. I kind of gave up with the rower and on average was putting around 2000m a week on the C2 .... it just doesn't appeal to me compared to the interactive nature of zwift. Happened across Painsled thanks to a rogue post on a zwift facebook group so thought I would give it a try...

Re: Zwift compatable
I have no idea what you are asking BUT If you want to row your C2 and control your avatar on zwift then download PainSled on IOS and connect it to your PM5 it will ouit put power over BT that your Ipad running the zwift app can pick up works a charm .... I struggle with rowing as I find it so boring...

eat more than you burn - put on weight eat less than you burn - loose weight you are just eating too much mind you 0 is a LOT for someone that weighed 155lbs ... its a lot for someone that weighs 185lbs .. even with lifting and a couple of rowing sessions you should only go above your TDEE by around...

Re: Error message: the sensor wire is damaged
hmm, getting this overtime I Row. not really sure I want to buy and install a new sensor, just because the firmware has changed .. although it does seem like a good way to make £20 out of everyone  might either back out to the old firmware or just suffer the annoyance ... what with the new ...

Re: Intervals - when does the clock starts counting down?
I assume you mean when you select a workout like 0:30/1:00r for instance where you go full out for 30s and rest for a minute.
I normally row gently during the rest and go fullout when the clock hits 0 then back to slow rowing again at the "r" session
