What damper setting?

Hi I am new to rowing and I am not sure what damper setting I should be using. I just started on the 18th of this month. I have used 5 as a setting for my first few rows and now I have been setting it to 10. Any thought or ideas on what I should be doing? I row 3 to 4 times a week, 2k or 5k. thanks ...

No refined sugar, soda, or dairy. No processed food or limited amounts. Whole foods, raw veggies, nuts, organic foods and breads, and lots of water. creating a singnature with times

I see people who have all of there times at the bottom of there post in nice boxes. How did you create that? I am new to erg rowing. Just started last week.
