Log Card Utility 6.2

Anyone else encounter a problem with ver. 6.2? When I downloaded and tried to install, I got a message that there was an error 1935 and the install would be aborted and my computer returned to its prior state. Unfortunately, the prior state did not include re-installing ver. 6.1 which had been worki...

Only been rowing for a couple of months, so I still have some of the newbie enthusiasm. However, warmer weather also calls for outdoor chores, and opens the door to other activities that aren't too practical on snow covered streets, such as bicycling. Once my weight starts to drop the way I hope it ...

My wife and I got the model E because of the higher seat. Turns out to work well, since after a workout I usually bring a TV tray table and my laptop over to it and download the workout. Sitting on the E is very comfortable due to the extra height. (Not to mention that it takes me longer to stand up...

Thanks for your post. You're not alone in these types of troubles, and we never know when they might hit. Weight loss and flexibility seem to be the keys for me when my back flares up, but there are days at a time when I can barely roll out of bed if it gets really bad. Your post provides a good roa...

I think after a couple of weeks of just working on technique and some stamina the weight loss program won't look quite so intimidating. I'm really enjoying erging, and like Bruce, I always seem to compete against myself! Fun, fun fun! :D

A rough start indeed... I have never rowed before or been on an ERG. I took delivery last Friday and I have been on it every day, trying to work on my technique and increase the length of each workout after being reminded how out-of-shape I really am. I had planned on using it to lose some weight, ...

Satjat, as another newbie I'll just add from my 4-6 weeks of experience. Form is terrifically important. I can tell that already when I try to increase my speed. You'll be using many different muscles than in running and you'll need to build up gradually. Finally, I find muscle development and cardi...

Thanks. One more question...is the PM4 able to be removed from the machine to be taken to the PC or do I have to bring the PC to the PM4 on the machine? Sorry if this sounds trivial, but I do not yet have a machine of my own and I'm trying to visualize how we going to use it and record the data. Br...

On the same thought, I find if I pull out the card before the monitor shuts down (PM4) I get all sorts of weird things on the display, from vertical lines to having it go into a self-diagnostic test. If I wait for the monitor to turn off, I can pull out the card without any effect. I can't find anyt...
