I have a background of using heart rate and lactate, and have distilled the whole process down to something pretty basic. Find a Max HR estimate. For me personally the erg being level is 100% critical!
But this is just or my mental resilience and not my erg performance.
If there is doubt the erg is level, it is all i think about...

Very happy they finally 're-released' the Dyno. And this would be excellent in hotel gyms!! That is a good idea.

CrewLAB just added a good calculator for working out the relationship between on the water times and erg times.
