I am 54, have been rowing since 1989, roughly 5 days a week, I used to row 25 minutes a session...but moved to 30 last summer follwoing a right inguinal hernia. I am rowing as good or better than ever, but just had another hernia in Feb...direct inguinal, left side! While there is definitley a genet...
