I just posted a time for this months CTC (30 min unrestricted). Anyone else from RowPro want to join me My time isn't great (I'm in last place), but I intend to improve it over the month of January. It's been a while since I was on my erg...does it ever feel great to be back! Hope to see a RowPro bo...

I plan to row 25 days this month, 5K or more each. I would also like to do at least 10 days of 10K this month..that will get my total meters to 300,000m by the end of the month.

I started erging in mid-january...so I'm hoping to get to 1M by before I ring in 2009...wish me luck!

I've posted a time (2:28 pace), not as great as some, but I"ve got all month to work on it!
I'll try to convince a LWT friend of mine to join in.
