Re: How to keep my head in a 2k?

I think you are going out too fast. my personal thought is give it about 5 good pulls to start off with to get the flywheel spinning settle in at 1:50 for the 100-1800 metres and then kick it with whatever you have left for the last 200 metres (maybe last 150) but finish strong don't handle down if ...

I was glad to see the concept2's on the biggest loser. there was also a small clip from the last version of the biggest loser that 2 of the contestants were using them. It was negative to a certain degree seeing how the contestants commented on it and that did make me sad. All we can do as ergers is...

I dont know what monitor you are using at the gym but it is most likely the PM3. if you follow this link you will get a quick tutorial on how to use is and how to change the settings so that you see other things besides Calories

I cant say that my weight loss story has been as impressive as some of the people on this forum but I will still relate my story. I have been 180 pounds since 1988 with a fluctuation of a couple of pounds up or down, but since February of this year when I really started to erg my weight has gone fro...

Thanks Everyone for the responses. I did have a discussion with my doctor and she informed me that she cannot rule out that something happened to me in the past (in regards to my heart) but the follow-on tests showed that I do not have any blockages (good news). She has told me that she will monitor...
