I left for college this August and have been unable to mantain contact with an erg. When I finished rowing I was rowing a 6:59 2k @ 145lbs. I have not however gained the famous freshman 15, on the contrary I converted what little fat I had into muscle because I'm pt'ing twice a week with my Marine C...

I'll go first then. Graduated from Forest Park High School, going to Virginia Tech to study Aerospace or Ocean engineering. Looking to row but at the moment that might be pushed back because ROTC will take up a huge chunk of time (ROTC is Marine Corps btw). Ship out the 13th of August to begin h*** ...

I too would like to express my sympathy and sorrow for those affected. I have family living in England and I can only hope that those responsible are caught.

The school i rowed for (that is before i graduated ) gave the option of a full body uni or just a top half like a wife-beater. I definitely went witht the top half one.

I would second northern virginia. There are a lot of really good schools with really good programs. I personally row for Forest Park High School, but if you're looking for a big name school, look at Washington Lee or even Thomas Jefferson if you can.
