thanks :}i did my best and my heart is still racing.....not as well as last year but between losing over 15 lbs since october...this was not on purpose....and running over 26 miles yesterday and then 10 today...besides boston, i'm training for a 24 hour ultra....i rowed as hard as i could....and on...
