Rough pull?
I have a Model C with PM5 (my 6th machine). Just picked up a model D with PM3. The pull is slightly rough as if something needs adjusting. More of a vibration than anything but is off putting and is nowhere near as smooth as my C. Anyone suggest any obvious quick fixes. I oiled the chain

I had a spool like that on a 915 water rower and it was a nightmare, thankfully this wasn't. Thanks for the ...

Roughness at end of stroke
At the end of the downstroke there is a harshness on my machine. Is this a cord issue or a spool issue. Doesn't feel dreadful but off putting and I don't want to make it worse.

Re: Sore bottom
I found Hotspur muscle rub helped me get through the pain. My pain felt like a dead leg (of the bottom) and the heat (lots) certainly detracts from this feeling

18:55 for 5k last night. Not many metres in Jan either. Have got a dyno now. Sets of 50 mmmm lovely burn NOT. Did think it was my lungs rather than legs that was limiting factor. 18 20s when I was 26! Can I get back there at 43?

Ski erg. What a great machine.
Got one of these bad boys today. Really really tough when going for it and not too easy when taking it easy. How are people using theirs in collaboration with the rower?

Re: Haven't got a clue about diet, advice for a fat bloke?
I have a huge appetite for everything. I haven't curbed it but have been feeding it the right way. I bought a nutribullet blender thing. Huge amounts of kale, spinach and spring greens with a bit of anything else pineapple, apples etc. Full 750ml shake can be no more than 250KCal. I have either one ...
