Well...I am sorry to say that I will not be rowing any more 10k's for a while. Went the the physical therapist yesterday and he has put the brakes on that. Said I must row only til I feel the pull in my neck. I am moving the damper back down to 8 now but it seems to take longer to get the meters in...

I didn't row on the 7th and I had meters for that date in my logbook so I took them off. I don't know where those meters came from. I am one of the people who don't have the time to add meters every day so I can only come in here about 2 or 3 times a week and my meters report looks real good if you ...
