Well, I decided to forget the equation and just rowed the 2k. Although, I did try the equation for my 800m and 1600m time for running, and it worked exactly.

FAQ
I am wondering if there is a way to figure out what I can pull for a 2k. For example if I pull a 1k or a 500m piece, is there a way of adding x number of seconds on the split. I want to know this so that when I pull the 2k I don't set my goal to high and end up pulling a crappy time.

Thanks
