Well, with the riding weather getting better, I can understand how it is hard to rack up meters. I went for a couple of rides this weekend & did not want to come home for work out time.

Would be nice if we can get crazy John back!

Thanks to everyone for helping me stay motivated during the JVTC! I think we all did a marvelous job, especially in light of some of the injuries we incurred. I would be up for a challenge. These things help me to stay motivated.

Is team Moto going to compete in the WRC? Maybe we could have our own competition as a warm up for the WRC?

One step at a time, Michelle. You'll get there. Just don't go too fast or hard & hurt yourself. I once saw a chiropractor who used IMS. I found it quite relaxing.

I apologize for not having more meters in by now. Really thought I'd be farther along. Been having some lower back trouble lately, but have been doing my PT and am starting to feel a little better.

Mike, Ann & Jeff are kicking it & John, well he's an animal.

Hey, everybody, we're getting a nice little flurry of signups before the deadline. AWESOME! So far the JVTC has done wonders to keep me motivated during one of my least favorite months of the year. (The temp is supposed to drop to -12F tonight, -30-ish wind chill. No wonder I'm not fond of January....
