Well...this is what I get for dumping rowing and picking up tennis again after 15 years away from the tennis courts. I tore my meniscus. I have erg'd off and on for the past couple of years...including a fair amount of erow racing a year ago. In the last 3 months, I moved to the water (sweep rowing). I rowed my first 1k regattas (master - 8 man and 8 mixed) last weekend.<br><br>I'm now hooked and want to get "serious" about training....
