I was recently hit with the flu pretty hard in one day, and it has pretty much cleared up after the four days I have been resting. What usually is the time it takes for one to get back to the point they were on the erg before they were sick?

30Minutes today, strapless once again, 7814Meters, i believe it was a 1:55.2 split, missed PR by .3 but wasnt going for.<br /><br />Seat racing comming up, so I am going to switch training from long pieces to shorter, sprint, more power oriented pieces to be one step ahead of the competition.

Training

Did an hour of power (negative split like all my recent pieces) today: 1:57.8 @ 22SPM was the split. Tommorow I will try and hit a 1:53.5 30Minute around a rate 26 -28. Dropped my 60min PB by 2.1 split seconds and at 2 beats lower.
