Here's how I do it. I work out two to three times a week. I take a group class based on muscular endurance. Classes are at 5 pm or 6.15 pm depending on the days. On days I have a class at 5 pm, I row after class. On days I take the 6 pm class, I row before. I already got the hussle of going to the g...

I'm not an expert, but just suggestion. Couldn't replace your fresh vegtables by juices? Get a juice maker. I think raw vegtables bring in two vital ingredients:

1 fibers to stimulate the intenstines and avoid some types of cancers.
2 Vitamins and minerals. The more ingredients are heated...

I'm relatively new, so I don't know if my trainingprogram helps someone

I did the 30 min fitness program for a few months, but had no "feel" with it. Training

Training

Seeing as I'm new to rowing, I first need to build up endurance - aerobic power. So according to your answers it is best to continue rowing between intervals. I followed John's advice and did 6000 m yesteday, alternating 1000 m at 2 K pace and 1000 m at 10 K pace. It felt as if I had worked hard but...
